Preschool
education
provides the perfect format to support and encourage each child's
natural curiosity about the world around them, and provide children with
concrete cognitive and social skills that will serve as a solid foundation for
all future learning.
At Klub Kid Too, we provide Preschool Programs for children 2 yrs. 9 mos. and up. Class placement is determined by each child's age as of the Kindergarten cut-off date for the town in which they reside, so that each child's Pre-Kindergarten class always falls within the school year immediately preceding their entry into Kindergarten. Preschool classes are divided into Turning 3: Lady Bug and Inchworm Classes, Turning 4: Butterfly and Dragonfly classes, and our Pre-K children will turn 5 years of age within the academic school year: Bumble Bee and Grasshopper classes. Each class has a maximum of 10 children / teacher, and averages 8 children /day.
Our Preschool/ Pre-K curriculum follows the: MA Frameworks, MA Early Childhood Program Standards, the MA Guidelines for Preschool Learning Experiences, and the Common Core Standards. Although the academic components of our Programs are designed to insure that children are prepared for their eventual entry into elementary school, our focus is to instill in children the love of learning, the power of asking questions and problem solving, and the joy of effectively socializing and communicating with friends and adults. Being successful in a social world requires learning how to: appropriately express your thoughts and feelings, take turns and share, show respect to other people and property, and learn how to be an active participant in cooperative activities and play. Curriculum is individualized to meet the needs of a variety of learning styles and to encourage each child to grow and learn at their own rate.

A Family-oriented Approach
In
the 27 years that we've been serving the Merrimack Valley
and the
surrounding towns, we've always put the needs of our families first offering
flexible schedules and contracted daily hours. We invite parents to attend
family events and participate in classroom activities, and provide
developmental reports and conference times that allow us to keep you abreast of
all of your child's goals and accomplishments. Our creative classroom design
allows children to visit a variety of activity rooms during their busy day where
they discover: math & science, art and sensory play, dramatic and imaginary
play, reading and literacy skills, building & blocks, and gross motor games
and skills. In addition to our large outdoor playground, children also
participate in a variety of games and activities in our indoor Gym and enjoy using
the Computer Lab.
